Technical execution and operational control of LED systems during rehearsals and live events. LED Engineers operate within established system plans, maintain performance and reliability, and handle real-time troubleshooting as issues arise. They work in coordination with Systems Leadership and are the primary technical operators on the floor during show execution.
Technically capable support personnel for system build, configuration, and maintenance under engineering direction.
Support for LED Engineers and Systems Leadership during system build and configuration phases. LED Assistants handle wall assembly, data and power distribution setup, system testing, labeling, and first-line troubleshooting. They execute under a clear system plan and contribute to efficient, organized workflow from load-in through show-ready.
Execution-focused crew for physical build and strike, following established workflows and safety standards.
Physical installation and removal of LED systems. LED Hands work under direct supervision from LED Assistants and Engineering, focusing on safe and efficient execution of build and strike tasks. Work is process-driven and follows established system documentation to ensure organized, on-schedule installation.
