What We Do
From system review through strike, TLC staffs every level of the LED and video department and leads it as one team. You get a single point of technical accountability, not a list of freelancers to manage. Need the breakout rooms covered too? Same call.
A senior engineer who owns your LED system from the first drawing to the last cue. System review, processor and control setup, signal flow checks, redundancy planning, and every onsite technical decision. One person answers for the whole system.
Experienced operators at the processor through rehearsals and show. They configure, monitor, and fix problems in real time, so issues get solved on the floor instead of escalated to you.
Skilled hands for the build. Wall assembly, data and power distribution, testing, and labeling under engineering direction, so the load in stays organized and the wall is ready on schedule.
Crew for build and strike who follow the plan, work safely, and keep the load in and load out moving. Supervised by our engineers, so your team stays on its own work.
Room operators, breakout leads, and hybrid techs who run concurrent sessions on their own: audio, video, projection or LED, presentation playback, and speaker prep. Client facing for the whole session, with a lead floating between rooms when you have a bank of them.
